Some online tools on this website use open-source libraries. All rights in these libraries remain with their respective authors and rights holders.

IFC Viewer

The IFC viewer uses, among others, the following open-source components:

• Three.js – JavaScript 3D library, license: MIT License, project: threejs.org
• web-ifc-three – IFC loader for Three.js, license: MIT License, project: GitHub / ThatOpen / web-ifc-three
• web-ifc – IFC parser and WASM component, license: Mozilla Public License 2.0, project: GitHub / ThatOpen / engine_web-ifc
• three-mesh-bvh – acceleration structure for raycasting and geometry operations in Three.js, license: MIT License, project: GitHub / gkjohnson / three-mesh-bvh

These libraries are used under their respective license terms. HYLLA does not claim ownership of these open-source components.

Interactive GLB subsurface models

For interactive subsurface-model display, the website uses <model-viewer> 4.3.1 by Google, licensed under the Apache License 2.0; project: GitHub / google / model-viewer. The library is served locally by this website.

PDF load values

The PDF analysis tool uses pypdfium2 5.13.0 with PDFium for rendering and text analysis, and pypdf 6.18.1 for reading and writing PDF structures and annotations. pypdfium2 is available under either the Apache License 2.0 or BSD-3-Clause; PDFium uses a BSD-style licence. pypdf is licensed under BSD-3-Clause: pypdfium2 licensing information, PDFium licence, pypdf licence.

The distributed pypdfium2 wheel also contains the licence notices for the open-source components included in PDFium. These notices remain part of the installation.

For components under the MIT, BSD or Apache licences, their use does not automatically release the HYLLA website or HYLLA tool source code under an open-source licence. Components under other terms remain subject to their respective requirements.
